JCT: Management Building Contract 2016

The employer provides the design (although this may not be complete when the works starts) along with drawings and a specification.
The Management Contractor employs works contractors to carry out the construction, and manages the project for a fee.
The Management Contractor will also administer the conditions.
The price is based on Prime Cost of the Project plus a fee for the management contractor.
Provisions are included for collaborative working, sustainability, third party rights and collateral warranties.
For use on both private and public sector projects.
Pre-Construction Services Agreement (Specialist) can be used with this contract.
This contract can be used with the Framework Agreement (FA).
