JCT: Management Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Funder 2016

JCT’s Management Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Funder complements the Management Building Contract documents and is only to be used with the Management Building Contract. This Warranty is to be given by the Management Contractor to a Funder, who has entered into an agreement with the Employer to provide finance for the project.
