JCT’s Management Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Purchaser or Tenant complements the Management Building Contract documents and is only to be used with the Management Building Contract. This Warranty is to be given by the Management Contractor to a Purchaser(s) or Tenant(s) of the whole or part of the building(s) that comprises the project.
