Full of valuable insights and practical applications to help anyone design with wellbeing in mind.
I found this book to be immensely useful in understanding the complexities of wellbeing in interiors. From aesthetic issues to physical issues, there are so many aspects that impact the wellbeing of a space user, and I gained a deeper knowledge of these through reading this book. I particularly appreciated the final section on how to communicate the value these design decisions give to the occupant, which can help us to drive forward to transition towards designing more sustainable interiors for people, and our planet.
